Amplify Studio LLC

Privacy policy

Updated October 23, 2026. Amplify Studio LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy covers the client portal at dashboard.amplifyup.io and portal.amplifyup.io, including the optional connection to a Meta ad account. Questions go to info@amplifyup.io.

What we read from Meta

Connecting a Meta ad account is optional. When you connect, Facebook Login for Business asks for two read permissions: ads_read and business_management. We use them to list the ad accounts you choose and to read advertising statistics for those accounts.

The statistics are the ad account id, name, and currency, plus spend, impressions, reach, link clicks, and lead counts. Access is read only. We do not create, edit, pause, or delete ads, campaigns, or audiences. We do not read your personal profile, posts, messages, friends, or photos.

How we use it

We show those statistics in your portal and to Amplify Studio staff who work on your account. We use them to report results. If you hire Amplify to run ads, staff use the same numbers for that work. We do not use Meta data to advertise to you, and we do not sell it.

Where it is stored

The Facebook access token is encrypted in Supabase Vault, one secret per client. The ad account id and the statistics above are stored in our Supabase database. The website is hosted on Netlify. The token is not stored on Netlify and is not sent to your browser.

Who we share it with

We do not sell Meta data. We do not share it with other clients, advertisers, or data brokers. Amplify Studio staff can see the statistics inside the portal. Supabase stores the database and the encrypted token. Netlify hosts the website. Those companies process the data only so the portal can run.

How long we keep it

We keep the token and the statistics while your Meta account stays connected. Disconnect removes the token, the saved ad accounts, and the Meta statistics for that connection. If you close your portal account, or if you or Meta ask us to delete the data, we delete the token and those statistics within 30 days.

How to disconnect or delete

Sign in, open Analytics, and in the Meta ads section choose Disconnect Meta. You can also email info@amplifyup.io, or follow the steps on the data deletion page. Removing the Amplify Portal app in Facebook settings sends us a deletion request, and we handle that the same way.
