Delete your Meta data
Amplify Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, stores Meta data only when you connect an ad account. You can remove it yourself, by email, or through Facebook. Contact info@amplifyup.io.
Disconnect in the portal
- Sign in at dashboard.amplifyup.io.
- Open Analytics.
- In Meta ads, choose Disconnect Meta.
Disconnect deletes the encrypted token, the ad accounts you selected, and the Meta statistics saved for that connection.
Ask by email
Email info@amplifyup.io from the address on your portal account and say that you want your Meta data deleted. We delete the token and the ad statistics within 30 days.
Request through Facebook
If you remove Amplify Portal in your Facebook settings, Meta sends a signed deletion request to this site. We check that signature, delete any portal data tied to that Facebook user id, and keep a confirmation code. The link Meta shows you opens this page with the result. If we have no connected account for that Facebook login, the request stays on file and we still finish review within 30 days.
What we delete: the access token, the ad account ids saved from that login, and the ad statistics (spend, impressions, reach, clicks, and leads). We do not keep a copy of the token after that.
